Personalingo is a language learning software. Its core functionality is to assist users in acquiring new languages through interactive techniques.

3. Payment & Refunds

• Users have the option to purchase credits to enhance their learning experience.
• If you'd like a refund for unused credits, send an email to [email protected].
• We'll do our best to process refunds, but we can't guarantee them. It's important to us to try to make things right, though.

4. Termination

By the User: You can stop using our software anytime.

By Personalingo: We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our service, without notice, for any reason or no reason.

If termination happens, and you're eligible for a refund, please follow the refund process mentioned in Section 3.

5. No Warranties & Liabilities

Personalingo is provided "as is". This means:

• We don't promise that everything will always work perfectly.
• We're not responsible for any losses or damages, of any kind, you might suffer from using the software.

In other words, use at your own risk.

6. Disputes

By using Personalingo, you agree that you won't bring any disputes or claims related to your use. We aim to provide a valuable tool, but using it means accepting this risk.

7. Updates to Terms

We might update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on personalingo.com.
